Default Product Registration

Hello

Bought a brand new Sti Magnum and went to register my new detector and it tells me that my serial number has already been registered. Did i just get duped? lol.

Bought from Amazon under Beltronics.

We do not directly sell Beltronics products on Amazon (we do not have a Beltronics store). We also do not honor the warranty on any Beltronics product sold from anyone on Amazon's Marketplace other than Amazon. It sounds like this may have been a returned product that was previously registered. Please contact who you purchased it from for further assistance.

It was sold by Amazon. You don't think there might be something wrong with your website? You don't won't to check and see? Is this Beltronics policy? This is my first Beltronics product.

If our registration page is telling you that the serial number has already been registered then it has already been registered. Yes, it is our policy for you to contact who you purchased it from if the product has already been registered.

Well, called customer service. And guess what....it was the site. They told me they've been having issues with it. So for future reference for anyone else.
