Default Updating STiR plus

I have 2 questions
1/ Is the detector tools software Beltronics uses the same as Escort?
2/ Will either work on a system running windows 10?

Answers:
1/ No, they are different.
2/ Yes. Detector Tools is compatible with Windows 10. Try different USB ports if you are having issues with your detector not being recognized by Windows.
