Can you tell me how much the following two modes reduce K and X band alerts: AutoScan and City? For example, does AutoScan ignore k/x levels 1-2? Does City mode ignore k/x levels 3-4?

These modes do not only reduce sensitivity, they also enable additional signal processing which will slightly delay alerts. There is no direct correlation with the signal meter and these detection modes.

Resurrecting the OPs thread.

I want the STi Magnum, but I also want band segmentation and RDR off/on ability.

I believe the Redline has well proven it's worth in this regard and I know it will be a welcomed firmware update to the Magnum.

Does the STi Magnum now have BS/RDR? if so what month year should we look for for "new production"?

The STi Magnum does not have these features however we may be rolling them out soon through a software upgrade. Check back in a week or two for details.
