Nottingham Forest to Rename Stand in Honor of John Robertson

Robertson's impact on the club is undeniable. He was a key player in Nottingham Forest's triumph in the European Cup in 1980, scoring the winning goal against Hamburg. His influence didn't stop there; he also provided the assist for Trevor Francis' goal in the previous season's victory over Malmo. Robertson's talent was recognized beyond the pitch as well. He was named the fans' all-time favorite player in a poll conducted by the Nottingham Post in 2015, solidifying his status as a beloved figure among supporters.
Robertson's achievements with the club include winning the First and Second Division titles, the UEFA Super Cup, two Football League Cups, the 1978 FA Charity Shield, and the Anglo-Scottish Cup.
